You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. The AWS Cloud Logistics team is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain professional for our Bellevue, WA location. In this role, you'll be responsible for a business segment, spearhead operational excellence through innovative network optimization, process enhancement initiatives, and the development of new business solutions. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our data‑driven team and make a significant impact on the future of cloud logistics infrastructure.
- Drive Continuous Improvement – Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors, identify optimization opportunities, implement sustainable solutions.
- Lead Data Analysis and Reporting – Extract data from multiple database systems, monitor key business performance metrics, generate actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Provide Strategic Decision Support – Analyze business trends in real‑time, make data‑driven recommendations, develop performance improvement strategies.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership – Collaborate with Supply Chain teams, develop and implement standardized processes, build strong partnerships across the organization.
- Project Management – Lead medium to large‑scale initiatives, ensure alignment with business objectives, drive projects from conception to completion.
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- 5+ years of supply chain experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
