Role description The opportunityThis position offers an incredible client-facing opportunity to lead the technical side of Aura’s strategic accounts activity, and collaborate with various cross-functional teams within the company.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will own the technical lifecycle of our mobile carrier and OEM solutions. You will serve as the main POC for all client related technical activities, from participating in the product planning stages, through owning the customer implementation to providing ongoing support and mentorship to customers!
What you'll be doing- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, using your deep understanding of the Aura value proposition to help achieve customers’ business goals
- Act as the customer’s advocate within Aura and collaborate with internal teams including product management, operations and sales to find and provide the best possible solutions
- Work closely with the sales teams and serve as the expert with everything tech and product related to help identify and close opportunities
- Build long lasting relationship with the customer both remotely and face to face while serving as the account technical and product POC, while helping accounts explore untapped opportunities to drive business goals
- Define new technical requirements, build project timelines and own the delivery, both outbound and inbound
- A validated experience in an engineering role at a Software/Tech company
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- An experience leading all technical related activities from pre-sale to launch to scale including security and privacy assessments, RFIs/RFP’s while collaborating with multiple internal and external collaborators
- You’re curious and tech-savvy. You enjoy deep diving into the technical details and have the ability to demonstrate your technical depth and skills
- You have the ability to understand customer needs and requirements, and to translate them into actionable items and plans for the company’s internal stakeholders
- You’re a self-starter and are able to drive others to achieve results!
