RoleGrowing technology‑driven organization is seeking a Senior IT Operations Engineer to support and evolve a modern, cloud‑only Microsoft 365 environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands‑on IT operations, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and takes pride in delivering exceptional end‑user support.
- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Resolve tickets in Jira Service Management with clear communication and documentation
- Perform root‑cause analysis to reduce recurring issues and improve service quality
- Manage user lifecycle, permissions, groups, and access policies
- Configure and maintain Windows devices through Microsoft Intune
- Troubleshoot device enrollment, configuration profiles, and software deployments
- Support networking components including switches, firewalls, wireless access points, printers, and collaboration hardware
- Onboard and offboard employees, including hardware setup and account provisioning
- Maintain accurate hardware/software inventory and IT documentation
- Contribute to IT projects and lead smaller initiatives independently
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or a similar role
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 E5
, Intune
, and Entra - Proficiency supporting Windows PCs; macOS experience is a plus
- Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
- Familiarity with switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and collaboration devices
- Experience with service desk tools and structured ticket workflows
- Clear, confident communication with both technical and non‑technical users
- Customer‑focused mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or MCP are a plus
- Remote on Fridays, unless on‑site presence is required
