The SAP Performance Tester position will be part of the Leo Satellite Manufacturing Governance Team. This individual will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining and executing Neoload scripts for the SAP S4
HANA, GTS and MES applications. In addition to this, this role will create end-to-end performance tests with upstream and downstream applications that connect to the SAP applications.
Applies advanced knowledge to analyze user/business needs and functionality to plan and design software integrations to meet those needs.
Applies advanced knowledge to software updates, refinement, testing, and debugging to meet business needs.
Measures product scalability, reliability, consistency, and performance.
Conducts overall system performance and stress testing, working with stakeholders to determine the appropriate volumes to be used during the performance test.
Conducts overall system performance testing including Load ,stress and Endurance testing to evaluate the system behavior
Working with stakeholders to determine the appropriate volumes to be used during the performance test.
Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
Able to work with the cross functional application teams, Infrastructure, Security and Basis team
Analyzes code change sets to develop optimal test strategy with respect to test case selection.
Builds, customizes, deploys, and manages the runtime environment using a consistent, automated approach.
Understands test methodology and tools, software testing standards, conventions, build systems, and the product development cycle.
Designs and builds automated test frameworks and test suites for use in development and testing cycles.
Builds and/or selects robust, scalable, and high–quality test automation solutions for functional, regression and performance testing.
Basic Qualifications- Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- Experience working with technical and business stakeholders from global cross-functional teams
- 4+ years of delivering test frameworks, test tools, leading the QA projects and initiatives experience
- Experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment, including development, staging, production (or equivalent) deployment cycles
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
