Senior Technical Program Manager

The opportunity

This position offers an incredible client‑facing opportunity to lead the technical side of Aura’s strategic accounts activity, and collaborate with various cross‑functional teams within the company. As a Senior Program Manager, you will own the technical lifecycle of our mobile carrier and OEM solutions and serve as the main point of contact for all client‑related technical activities, from product planning through implementation to ongoing support and mentorship.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, using your deep understanding of the Aura value proposition to help achieve customers’ business goals.
• Act as the customer’s advocate within Aura and collaborate with internal teams including product management, operations and sales to find and provide the best possible solutions.
• Work closely with the sales teams and serve as the expert on all tech and product–related issues to help identify and close opportunities.
• Build long lasting relationships with customers both remotely and face‑to‑face while serving as the account technical and product POC, helping accounts explore untapped opportunities to drive business goals.
• Define new technical requirements, build project timelines and own the delivery, both outbound and inbound.

• Validated experience in an engineering role at a software/tech company.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading all technical activities from pre‑sale to launch and scale, including security and privacy assessments, RFIs/RFPs, while collaborating with multiple internal and external collaborators.

• You’re curious and tech‑savvy, enjoying deep dives into technical details and demonstrating technical depth and skills.
• You can understand customer needs and requirements and translate them into actionable items and plans for internal stakeholders.
• You’re a self‑starter who drives others to achieve results.
