Description
WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Technical (Sr. PMT) to lead an important set of products for our global safety operations.
Role OverviewAs a Sr. PMT for Amazon’s WHS Data-Tech organization, you will play a vital role in inventing, simplifying, and scaling Amazon’s technology products that have a tangible impact on the safety of our global workforce. You will manage large, cross‑functional technology programs and projects, driving multiple technical product initiatives that deliver critical health and safety capabilities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage strong foundation in product management concepts to deliver on product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization of safety features.
- Identify user needs through research, onsite visits, and Voice of Associate mechanisms; build unified user interfaces to streamline experience.
- Communicate product visions, goals, and requirements to diverse stakeholders; facilitate collaboration among cross‑functional teams.

- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and trade‑offs of a product.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning.
- 5 years of end‑to‑end product delivery experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Analytics, or Business Administration.
- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Quick Sight.
- Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Analytics, or Business Administration.

Compensation and BenefitsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
