Dev Ops Engineer - Contract
Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking a Dev Ops Engineer for a Contract position with a client in Bellevue, WA
.
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows to ensure efficient software delivery.
Rate$45/hour to $47/hour (negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors).
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops, ensuring efficient and automated software delivery.
- Administer version control systems like Git Hub and Git Lab, including branching, merging, and repository management.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Power Shell for deployment and configuration tasks.
- Configure and optimize build and release processes leveraging YAML files and Git Hub Copilot for improved productivity.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment across environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline issues to maintain high availability and reliability of Dev Ops workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent educational experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Dev Ops engineering or software development with CI/CD expertise.
- Strong proficiency in C#, Azure Dev Ops, Git commands, and YAML configuration for automation and deployment.
- Hands‑on experience with Git Hub/Git Lab, branching & merging strategies, and scripting using Power Shell for build and release processes.
Hourly rate: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour.
