Data & AI Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Data & AI Engineer for a Contract with a client in Bellevue, WA
. You will design and deliver scalable data models and pipelines to support enterprise-level analytics and AI solutions.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $48/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Data & AI Engineer job responsibilities include:

• Design and implement scalable data models and pipelines to support analytics and AI-driven solutions.
• Develop and optimize big data workflows within cloud platforms (Azure preferred) for enterprise-scale environments.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and governance across multiple sources and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into eCommerce, digital marketing, or consumer-facing applications.
• Leverage SQL and Python for data transformation, modeling, and automation of processes.
• Monitor and enhance performance of data systems, ensuring cost-effective scalability and compliance with best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience in data engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in data modeling and best practices, with proven experience delivering big data projects at enterprise scale.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms (Azure preferred), with experience in eCommerce or consumer-facing applications.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $48.00 per hour.
