What You’ll Do- Design and implement scalable data‑science solutions, data pipelines, and machine‑learning models.
- Optimize models and develop new methods to improve data quality and performance.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts and findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Write clean, maintainable code using Python, SQL, Spark, and other data‑science tools.
- Education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of overall experience.
- 5+ years building production‑level data‑science solutions.
- Strong knowledge of mar‑tech/ad‑tech, especially SSP platforms.
- Experience with neural networks, deep learning (Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in Spark and SQL.
- Extensive Python experience with sklearn, keras, and other ML libraries.
- Experience implementing end‑to‑end ML pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience developing latency‑sensitive, scalable ML models.
- Deep knowledge of Supply‑Side Platform (SSP) advertising technology.
