Amazon's External Fulfillment (EF) team empowers businesses who ship from their own warehouses (Merchant Fulfillment Network - MFN) with fulfillment and transportation technology that drives Customer demand generation, streamlines warehouse operations, and provides domestic/international transportation solutions to deliver with speed and reliability to Customers.
About the roleEF is looking for a Principal Product Manager - Technical to lead the transportation charter for MFN Sellers. You will own the global product vision, product roadmap, and adoption goals for the product. You will be responsible for driving growth through business development partnerships, marketing efforts, and expanded multi-channel capabilities.
In this role, you will work closely with engineering leaders, data science managers, marketing managers, business development partners, and program managers to scale the product.
This role requires deep technical (engineering and data science) expertise combined with strong business acumen. You will collaborate with multiple teams including WW EF, Marketplace teams, Ship Tech, and commercial teams.
Basic Qualifications8+ years of end to end product delivery experience
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience technical product management
Experience owning data-centric products
Bachelor's degree
Experience working with other departments such as casting, production, research, PR, business and legal affairs
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience developing mobile / internet products and technologies
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
Experience in e-commerce or online advertising

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
