As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll shape how the market understands Xnurta’s capabilities and why our AI‑driven platform stands apart. You will translate complex technology into compelling narratives, craft positioning that resonates with practitioners and decision‑makers and enable our growth across both product‑led (PLG) and sales‑led (SLG) motions. You will own go‑to‑market strategy, launch readiness, persona and competitive intelligence, and the content engines that fuel demand.
You will also lead a small but high‑impact team responsible for product storytelling, sales enablement, and driving adoption across the entire customer lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, content, customer insight, and cross‑functional collaboration and who’s excited to influence Xnurta’s next phase of growth.
- Positioning & Messaging: Define and refine Xnurta’s platform and product value propositions to differentiate in a crowded Adtech and Retail Media landscape. Build compelling messaging frameworks tailored to key personas, from performance marketers to ecommerce leaders and agency strategists.
- Go‑to‑Market Leadership: Own GTM strategy for product releases and enhancements, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. Translate technical capabilities into customer‑ready benefits that drive engagement, adoption, and revenue.
- Demand & Lifecycle Activation: Lead sophisticated account‑based marketing (ABM) strategies in partnership with Sales and CS. Collaborate on PLG initiatives including onboarding flows, in‑app messaging, and feature education.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Identify emerging retail media and Adtech trends; synthesize insights to influence positioning, roadmap, and content strategy. Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and translate it into actionable guidance for internal teams.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Create high‑impact assets including pitch decks, one‑pagers, case studies, persona briefs, playbooks, and product guides. Represent Xnurta as a thought leader through blog posts, social media, webinars, and conference participation.
- Team Leadership & Enablement: Manage and mentor a small Product Marketing team to expand output and expertise. Build scalable processes for launch readiness, sales enablement, and cross‑functional communication.
