Lab Technician About The Role
The Lab Technician is tasked with maintaining server systems, troubleshooting errors, repairing the organization's hardware, and managing daily inventory operations including inventory accuracy, bin management, cycle count, and audit processes.
What You Will Do- Install and configure software and drivers on servers.
- Set up required hardware and establish well‑functioning LAN/WAN.
- Configure additional network requirements and manage their components.
- Assemble and solder PCB boards.
- Troubleshoot devices, communicate issues to engineering, and resolve problems.
- Regularly assess the performance of operating systems, software, and hardware, addressing any issues observed.
- Install servers in racks as needed.
- Maintain records of inventory, performance, and system functions.
- Manage stock in the Engineering Lab and maintain the SAP database and other tracking databases.
- Track inventory, participate in physical counts on a quarterly schedule, validate counts, and reconcile inventory.
- Resolve issues with Purchasing, Receiving, and RMA departments.
- High school diploma, associate's degree preferred, 4–6 years of technician experience preferably in electrical and mechanical assembly with strong attention to detail and experience in a fulfillment or inventory control environment.

Base salary is expected to be $35 per hour. Additional rewards may include a performance bonus, paid time off, a generous 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, wellbeing resources, and more.
