RoleWe are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA (on-site Tuesday-Thursday), reporting to the Head of Technical Recruiting. You will be a key driver in identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent for Zscaler. You will serve as a strategic partner to our engineering leadership, ensuring we build world-class teams through inclusive and thoughtful execution.
Whatyou’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Identify, engage, and hire top technical talent for Zscaler
- Partner closely with hiring managers to create and drive recruiting strategies for world-class engineering teams
- Collaborate, advise, and support hiring teams from recruitment kickoff meetings through candidate negotiation and close
- Champion and implement inclusive hiring practices with urgency and thoughtful execution
- Build and cultivate quality candidate pipelines across a variety of technical searches in a competitive talent environment

- Bachelor’s degree or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training
- 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience within the tech industry
- Proven hands-on experience with Linked In Recruiter, Seek Out, other sourcing tools, and niche job boards
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to lead and manage complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to generate enthusiasm about opportunities to prospective candidates
