About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth payroll operations and supporting a range of HR functions. You will manage payroll for approximately 200 employees across multiple entities, while also contributing to HR administration and compliance.

This is a full-time role, however we are open to part-time for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

Payroll Administration:
  • Collate and organise timesheets for payroll entry;
  • Process fortnightly payroll for 200 employees across multiple entities; and
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports, including superannuation, PAYG, leave liability, Payroll tax and STP reporting.
HR Administration:
  • Assist with HR reporting, employee documentation and filing;
  • Support projects and policy updates;
  • Support recruitment by assisting with screening, reference checks and drafting new staff contracts;
  • Assist with regular reporting on reminders such as visa compliance, probation reviews and annual reviews;
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees and contractors; and
  • Assist with Award reviews and other duties as required.
What we're looking for
  • Desirable - Pronto Experience
  • Desirable - Relevant experience or qualifications in HR and/or payroll
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
