This role requires the ability to establish HR priorities and operating mechanisms to drive change krijgen. The candidate must interface with leaders at all levels through excellent communication skills, data‑driven analytical thinking, and the ability to perform in a fast‑paced, rigorous, and ambiguous environment.

This role is both hands‑on and strategic, providing human‑resource leadership in the development and implementation of HR strategies that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. The Senior HRBP must first understand business priorities and translate them into an HR plan that supports the business, assessing capability and needs in leadership & management development, career development, തൊഴി, employee relations, compensation, and talent acquisition to drive appropriate solutions.

The Senior HRBP partners with Directors to develop and implement strategies that马上 support business agendas, including performance management, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and organization design. Whether coaching clients on leading their teams, navigating employee relations issues, or developing innovative solutions, the Senior HRBP serves as the champion of Amazon’s culture and values, helping leaders build customer‑obsessed teams.

Key job responsibilities
  • Partner with senior management to champion organizational and people‑focused initiatives to achieve strategic business objectives and deliver results.
  • Partner with business on organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and organizational health.
  • Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions that improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues.
  • Plan, manage, and continually improve all aspects of HR processes, including creating mechanisms and owning projects that address organizational opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human‑resources‑related matters, policies, and procedures.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 8+ years of HR experience.
  • Experience leading and influencing your team or organization.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and influencing colleagues, collaborators, and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Specific HRBP experience supporting tech populations.
  • Prior executive coaching experience.

The base salary range for this position is  –  USD annually (USA, WA, Bellevue). Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
