PROJECT MANAGER (HR DOMAIN) / 3 MONTH CONTRACT / MUST BE LOCAL TO GREATER SEATTLE, WA
About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives that enhance HR systems and talent-related capabilities.
- This project focuses on delivering new features and functionality to improve talent attraction and retention, ultimately driving cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Must be local to the greater Seattle, WA area due to working onsite 3 days per week.
- HR Domain Experience – Experience managing projects related to HR systems or talent management. Experience working with HR technologies and platforms (e.g., Workday, Success Factors, Service Now HR modules).
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Proven experience as a Project Manager managing enterprise-level projects
- Technical & Tools Proficiency – Experience working with enterprise systems and digital transformation initiatives (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence)
- Risk & Issue Management – Experience identifying and mitigating risks in HR-related projects.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery within HR systems and talent-focused programs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables for enterprise-level projects.
- Facilitate communication across teams and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by expanding technical capabilities within HR systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager managing enterprise-level projects.
- Strong experience in HR domain projects and systems.
- Experience with enterprise application expansion and enablement.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Highly collaborative and team-focused culture.

This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $35.00 – $65.00/hr.
