Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure they meet established standards.

Housekeeping Supervisor – Assistant Executive Housekeeper – Executive Housekeeper

• Greet guests warmly and courteously.
• Clean guest rooms according to standards within the allotted time, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls, or equipment.
• Report repairs needed in guest rooms to management.
• Handle guest items left in rooms following lost and found policies.
• Follow sustainability practices related to HHM’s Earth View program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties during staffing shortages or peak times.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve guest experiences.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
