Job DetailsLocation:
Bellevue, WA – 10 miles from Seattle. Position:
Behavior Technician (full‑time or part‑time). No formal experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Behavior Technicians work one‑on‑one with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct Applied Behavior Analytic services to individuals with autism or related disorders. The role involves implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and supporting the therapeutic progress of each child.
Job Requirements- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; some travel may be required.
- Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and moving quickly without support.
- Experience as a para educator, child care worker, teacher, home health aide, certified nursing assistant, home care worker, education assistant, nanny, camp counselor, tutor, psychology professional, or similar roles is a plus.
