is a small, Snohomish-based ABA agency focused on providing high-quality, relationship-based behavioral services to children and families. Owned and operated by a BCBA, our practice emphasizes play, connection, and meaningful skill development that supports long-term independence and quality of life.
We are seeking one independent and motivated BCBA to provide direct ABA services to clients in Marysville, Lake Stevens, Arlington, and Granite Falls as an independent contractor (1099).

The BCBA – Direct Care Provider is responsible for the direct implementation, oversight, and evaluation of ABA services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental or behavioral needs. This role emphasizes hands-on therapy
, individualized program development, data-based decision making, and collaboration with families and related professionals.
The BCBA delivers direct treatment, conducts assessments, develops and modifies treatment plans, and provides caregiver coaching to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction across environments. BCBA will eventually need to supervise other RBTs and can transition from direct care to only supervision if interested.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities(Not an exhaustive list)
Direct Clinical Services- Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients on caseload (typically multiple hours per week per client)
- Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention strategies directly with clients
- Model evidence-based teaching procedures (e.g., NET, DTT, play-based instruction, functional communication training)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments including ABLLS‑R, VB‑MAPP, Vineland, QABF, MAS, FAST, and Functional Behavior Assessments as clinically indicated
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans, including client background and support needs, assessment summaries, measurable goals and teaching procedures, behavior intervention plans, caregiver training and support strategies
- Analyze clinical data regularly to guide treatment decisions and ensure meaningful progress
- Provide parent/caregiver coaching and training to promote generalization and consistency across settings
- Collaborate with related service providers (e.g., teachers, SLPs, OTs, psychologists) as appropriate
- Participate in clinical meetings and communicate regularly with agency leadership regarding client progress and needs
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, progress reports, assessment reports
- Ensure services meet ethical, legal, and payer requirements
- Adhere to HIPAA standards, BACB Ethics Code, and company policies
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Active Washington State LBA license
- Ability to obtain credentialing with contracted insurance providers within 90 days (Outcome Behavior will complete this step)
Physical Requirements
- Services are provided in home, school, and community-based settings
- Position requires travel between client locations
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and engage in active play for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
- May involve managing challenging behaviors using approved, ethical behavior support strategies
