Position: Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR)

We’re seeking a compassionate, creative, and clinically skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations (fine/gross motor, sensory, handwriting, executive functioning and self‑regulation)
  • Develop and implement individualized and group treatment plans using evidence‑based frameworks.
  • Create engaging, play‑based interventions tailored to each child’s interests and strengths
  • Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other providers; coach families in home‑based strategies
  • Support and contribute to clinic initiatives such as summer camps, virtual therapy, and community outreach.
Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE‑accredited program; OTR/L credential required
  • Minimum of two years of Pediatric OT experience

    Active WA state OT license.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for family‑centered, collaborative care.
