We are looking for experienced and collaborative physical therapists to provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes in Seattle, WA area and surrounding regions.

This is outpatient therapy delivered to the patient's home, NOT typical home health.

• Provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes.
