**** Pay range:**-Hourly $41.11 - $66.60
** Part-Time/Days (24 hours/week)
**** 8 Hour Shifts / 3 days per week to be determined
** As a member of the Palliative Care team, the Social Worker works to assure continuity and coordination of care for outpatient adult oncology patients/families.  Services include but are not limited to; assessing patient/family strengths in regards to social, environmental, psychological, financial, ethnic, spiritual, and cultural influences related to living with cancer, providing one-to-one acute emotional support to patients and families, enhancing client access to resources, facilitating group and family conferences, participating in patient care planning rounds and supporting continuity of care.
** Qualifications
* ** Masters in Social Work degree from an accredited school
** required**.
* Licensed Social Work Associate-Advanced (LSWAA) or Licensed Social Work Associate Independent Clinical (LSWAIC)
** required**.  Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Advanced Social Worker (LASW) with the Washington State Department of Health under Chapter 18.225 RCW preferred.
* Two years experience as a social worker in a healthcare setting preferred.  Experience working with patients who have a chronic or acute illness, preferably in an oncology setting.# We're proud to offer that support you in every stage of your career and life.
