ERC Pathlight is an innovative, rapidly growing clinical leader in the behavioral health sector. It treats over 6,000 patients per year and operates more than 30 facilities in 9 states.

Milieu Coordinator – full‑time. Works at both Bellevue and Seattle sites, providing therapeutic support and crisis de‑escalation for patients in IP/Res and PHP programs.

• Facilitates curriculum‑based therapeutic groups.
• Cross‑trains across levels of care within the program.
• Provides milieu support, de‑escalation, and behavior coaching.
• Conducts self‑harm and suicide safety checks.
• Supports morning routine in IP/Res programs.
• Collects weights, vitals, and urine in some settings.
• Documents groups, meals, patient check‑ins, and observations.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Six months behavioral health experience required.
• Understanding of de‑escalation techniques and ACT/DBT skills training.
• Knowledge and application of Trauma‑Informed Care.

• Master’s degree in Mental Health or related field (preferred).
• Clinical associate/intern license (strongly preferred).
• 18+ months behavioral health experience (waived with relevant Master’s).
• 1+ year experience with group curriculum, facilitation, and therapeutic milieu (preferred).

Hourly: $21.75 to $30.25, dependent on experience and education.
