Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Immediate Opening

Location: Washington State Greater Seattle Area (Hybrid or Remote Options Available).

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time.

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000+ annually (DOE).

Start Date: Flexible / Immediate Availability Preferred.

We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join a growing team of passionate professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care, especially to clients impacted by trauma, stress, or life-altering events such as car accidents or chronic pain. • Licensed in Washington State as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.
• Passionate about helping clients heal, grow, and reclaim control.
• Skilled in trauma-informed care, CBT, EMDR, or related modalities (preferred but not required).
• Comfortable working independently but eager to collaborate with a like-minded team.
• Able to maintain accurate, timely documentation in EHR systems.

• Experience working with injury-related trauma, PTSD, or somatic symptoms.
• Bilingual or culturally competent clinicians.
• Interest in leadership, program development, or clinical training.
