Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Immediate Opening
Location: Washington State Greater Seattle Area (Hybrid or Remote Options Available).
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time.
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000+ annually (DOE).
Start Date: Flexible / Immediate Availability Preferred.

We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join a growing team of passionate professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care, especially to clients impacted by trauma, stress, or life-altering events such as car accidents or chronic pain. This is a rare opportunity to walk into an established caseload, earn top compensation, and do what you do best—without drowning in admin work.

- Licensed in Washington State as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.

- Skilled in trauma-informed care, CBT, EMDR, or related modalities (preferred but not required).
- Comfortable working independently but eager to collaborate with a like-minded team.
- Able to maintain accurate, timely documentation in EHR systems.
- Experience working with injury-related trauma, PTSD, or somatic symptoms.
- Bilingual or culturally competent clinicians.
- Interest in leadership, program development, or clinical training.
