Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is a regional nonprofit healthcare system with a 349-bed hospital and a growing network of primary, urgent care and specialty care clinics. We deliver high-quality care to 200,000 patients each year. Our Surgical Services program performs roughly 14,000 surgeries each year, including cardiac and neuro surgeries.
The OpportunityWe are searching for a nursing leader who combines strong business development skills with a passion for operational excellence. You will report to the Chief Administrative Officer. Your scope will include inpatient surgery, outpatient surgery, PACU and sterile processing.
Responsibilities- Provide strategic and operational leadership for Surgical/Perioperative Services, including inpatient and outpatient surgery, PACU and sterile processing.
- Drive operational excellence, change management and process improvement aligned with the Overlake iCARE values (integrity, compassion, agility, respect and engagement).
- Partner on business development initiatives and collaboration with executive leadership to support the organization’s goals.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (master's strongly preferred)
- MBA or MHA preferred
- Current RN license (Washington state or multi-state)
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible acute care management experience
