Full-time Integrated Mental Health Therapist position is available forour Behavioral Health clinic in Bellevue, WA. Be at the forefront ofa changing paradigm within health care delivery! This full-time position is part of an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessment, brief intervention and consultations with primary care, patient-centered health action plans, care coordination and care transitions with adults, youth, and families. You will be part of ateam that will work toward better health outcomes by applying evidence-based practices.

This is a dynamic program oriented toward healthcare transformation.

REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in Human Services, Health Sciences, or related field.
Licensed as a mental health therapist preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Hourly - Hourly Plan, 0.00 USD Hourly
