The Manager of Patient Access manages the outpatient call center scheduling and referrals. This role actively ensures collaborative relationships with leaders, providers, and other stakeholders across the organization to manage departmental performance and results. The manager analyzes data and assesses processes, continually looking for operational efficiencies and improvement opportunities related to quality, patient satisfaction, revenue, and staff productivity. Responsibilities include workflow development, goal setting, monitoring team and individual performance, and setting action plans for all areas of responsibility.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Two years’ leadership experience in a similar position within a healthcare system, physician practice, or related field is required.

Salary: $88,608.00 – $
Posted pay ranges represent the entire pay scale, from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level.
