Part-Time Mobile Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist

This role is based in the Western Washington office and involves mobile medical exams for insurance applicants in Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond.
Pay RangeBase pay: $22.00/hr - $25.00/hr.
Job Summary- Independent contractors (ICs) are self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision while completing quality exams.
- Exams are performed on a mobile basis (home or office) and may involve blood draws, medical histories, signatures, vital signs, saliva samples, and 12‑lead EKGs.
- Commitment to compliance, safety policies, and confidentiality is required.
- Exam duration ranges from 15 minutes to just over an hour.
- Set your own schedule. Exams are available 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
- Many contractors have full‑time jobs and use this opportunity to supplement income.
- We assist with scheduling so you can focus on medical exams.
- Reimbursement is provided every two weeks by direct deposit for each exam completed.
- Set your own territory by choosing the zip codes you will work within.
- Orientation includes a 3‑4 hour in‑person session to verify skills and demonstrate paperwork and website usage.
- Equipment:
Some items are rented (tablets, EKG machines, centrifuges). Owning your own equipment is considered but not guaranteed. Items may need to be purchased: manual BP cuff, large & extra‑large. - Essential supplies (often provided): stethoscope, tape measure (soft & metal), printer paper & ink, scale (400 lb), gloves, alcohol swabs, band‑aid or coban, gauze.
- Actively practicing phlebotomy with at least 1 year of experience.
- Trained in manual blood pressure and pulse collection.
- Familiarity with tablets/computers.
- Preferred: experience with pediatric and geriatric patients/home health.
- EKG experience is preferred, but not required.
- Reliable vehicle, valid state driver’s license, and auto insurance.
Please note that references and a background check will be required.
Education preferred:
High school diploma or equivalency. Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant state certification is required.
