Finance at T-Mobile offers a fast-paced and team-focused environment that will grow your Finance and leadership skills as you help craft the success of the Un-carrier. You will work across the different functions at T-Mobile and make a difference in how we do this role you wont just crunch numbers youll use digital tools to automate reports visualize performance trends and deliver insights that shape decisions.

From forecasting to ad hoc analysis youll turn data into stories that matter helping us move faster and smarter. Are you ready to join the Un-carrier

• Support finance managers with budgeting forecasting reporting and month-end close activities.
• Analyze results identify variances to forecasts and surface risks and opportunities for business leaders.
• Prepare and deliver recurring financial reports and performance analyses that inform decision‑making.
• Partner with analysts to streamline recurring tasks leveraging automation and digital tools to improve efficiency.
• Explore and recommend new ways to present and interpret financial data for clarity accessibility and impact.
• Collaborate across finance operations and data teams to ensure analyses are accurate relevant and actionable.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support special projects as assigned.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors program in Finance Accounting Economics Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to connect numbers to business impact.
• Proficiency with core digital tools advanced Excel plus exposure to visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI) collaboration tools (Google Workspace Microsoft Teams) and/or basic coding concepts (SQL/Python/VBA).
• Intellectual curiosity and adaptability: able to quickly learn and apply new technologies in a finance context.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced ambiguous environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
• Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships
