Position: Senior Financial Advisor (Senior Family Advisor)

At Parcion, we partner with business owners and their families through life-changing liquidity events and beyond. We serve ultra-high net worth founders, entrepreneurs and first-generation wealth creators with complex financial lives, delivering integrated advice across investments, planning, and legacy considerations with discretion, rigor, and long-term perspective.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Advisor (5–10 years of relevant experience, minimum) to join our advisory team and work closely with ultra-high net worth business owners, and multigenerational families. This role is designed for a sophisticated advisor who can operate as the lead advisor, trusted partner to clients, supporting them before, during, and after liquidity events, while collaborating with internal specialists and external professionals to deliver a seamless client experience.

The Senior Family Advisor will play a key role in relationship management, business development, financial planning, and investment implementation, contributing to the firm’s national growth and reputation for excellence and legendary service. This position requires strong technical acumen, leadership capability, strong relationship management, business development, and communication skills. Our candidate has the ability to communicate complex financial concepts with clarity and confidence to discerning clients.

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated team player that exemplifies our firm’s Core Values of Integrity, Dedication, Teamwork, Impact, and Opportunity. This is your chance to play a critical role in the future success of a fast-growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and nationally recognized multi-family office.

We partner with business owners and their families to unlock the true potential of their wealth. We show them how to take care of the people they love for generations and help them get clear, thinking bigger about what’s next, keeping more of what they’ve built for themselves, their family and the causes they care about.

If you have a relentless, burning desire to succeed and share our vision, we would love to hear from you!
