Join our North America Go-To-Market Finance team and drive strategic decisions for one of Amazon's largest investments. As a Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of financial models and analytics that shape our go-to-market strategy for the North America Consumer business.

If you thrive on creating processes, building financial mechanisms, and translating complex data into actionable insights, this role provides the perfect balance of analytical challenge and strategic influence.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional business leads to design, build, and update financial models that optimize go-to-market strategy for the North America Consumer business, driving long-term value and supporting strategic goals.
  • Own long-term financial reporting for the North America GTM team, including P&L management, pricing decisions, and strategic investment tradeoffs that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement scalable financial processes and mechanisms that improve decision-making efficiency and establish foundational capabilities for one of Amazon's largest investments.
  • Solve complex business challenges through accurate and timely financial analysis, translating data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Create and implement financial and operating performance metrics, identifying key call outs and drivers to senior management. Collaborate across organizations to identify opportunities, navigate ambiguity, and influence data-driven decisions while maintaining high standards for financial data integrity.
A day in the life

Your day begins with reviewing key financial metrics and business performance indicators for the North America Consumer business. Throughout the day, you'll partner with regional business leads to build and refine financial models that optimize go-to-market strategies. When competing options arise, you'll conduct ad hoc analysis to evaluate financial returns, balancing short-term needs with long-term value. You'll translate complex data into concise written documents for senior leadership, managing stakeholder expectations and timelines while navigating cross-functional relationships to advance strategic priorities.
