Reporting to the Transactional Manager, you’ll be a key team member of our finance team.

• Monitoring accounts receivable aging reports and proactively following up on overdue payments
• Working together with colleagues to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
• Reconciling accounts receivable transactions accurately
• Delivering exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care
• Supporting the Finance Team with ad hoc tasks as needed

• At least 3 years’ hands‑on experience in accounts receivable
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
