This position seeks a dedicated Finance Support Specialist to join our dynamic Linehaul Field playing a vital role in handling site vendor invoice processing and maintaining robust financial controls. The successful candidate will ensure accurate GL coding, resolve invoice discrepancies, and contribute to the management of accounts payable, enhancing our operational efficiency. With a focus on innovation and technology in fleet management, this role offers a unique opportunity to be part of cutting-edge projects within the industry.

• Process inbound and outbound site vendor invoices, ensuring proper GL coding.
• Review, research, and resolve discrepancies in vendor terms, invoices, and statements.
• Submit Accounts Payable upload templates for approval and maintain the invoice database.
• Reconcile vendor statements and manage chargeback claims effectively.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoicing issues and support financial accuracy.

• Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas.
• Experience with financial controls and procedures.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Industry Experience

Required:

At least 3 years of experience in finance, business management, or federal contracting within a mid-to-large scale global organization is required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a related field is preferred.
