A dedicated and skilled Project Manager will support our clients on the Xbox Programming and Events team in Redmond, Washington. This role will contribute to the success of Xbox Premier Broadcasts, driving process and organizational excellence within our team. As a Project Manager dedicated to the broadcast team, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the seamless execution of various projects and initiatives.
This position requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams with varying needs and workflows. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, upholding project workback schedules, iterating and refining workflows for increased efficiency, preparing presentations, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders. This is NOT an entry‑level position.
Functions
- Collaborates with broadcast EPs and leads to set meeting agendas, manage scheduling, take notes, and communicate decisions and action items in Teams channels and emails as required.
- Facilitates information flow for Broadcast Leads and EPs as needed across Premier Broadcasts, ensuring all the right parties are in the loop and aligned.
- Uses premier broadcast project management tools (Asana, Microsoft 365), ensuring a consistent source of truth as show timelines and deliverables are adjusted at the direction of the Operational Tools Lead.
- Collaborates with EPs to build and update show documentation, trackers, and Teams sites as required to ensure up to date information, including all relevant meeting notes, are all tracked and available as needed for reference.
- Collaborates with show leads to develop project workback schedules.
- Tracks deliveries and deadlines for Localization & Distribution team, as well as media handoffs to Microsoft Production Studios.
- Tracks partner and cross‑team approvals on all assigned Premier Broadcast shows, including but not limited to social assets, show graphics, content licensing agreements, ESRB ratings, etc.
- Additional responsibilities per project assigned by Team Lead or Show EP.
- Archives and helps with Xbox Programming and Events project facilitation as needed.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams and with external vendors to drive alignment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, including but not limited to a deep knowledge of Excel.
- Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the entertainment, media, or gaming industry.
- Proven track record of effectively coordinating complex projects with diverse stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment, adapting to evolving project requirements and timelines.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
