Your impactAs a Bridge Design Technician, you’ll have the chance to work on transportation projects that focus on bridge and other transportation structures design. Each day you will work with a team of technicians and engineers to create drawings and simulations using software tools and resources supporting our clients’ overall project goals. Using your experience, you’ll work with bridge engineers and project managers to provide top client service.
You’ll also create layouts, sketches, and 2D/3D modeling and electronic drawing files for construction by utilizing Microstation, InRoads, Open Roads, Open Bridge, Civil 3D, Revit and other firm‑provided resources to create detailed drawings of transportation structures.
- Associate’s degree in either Design arena or Technical Drafting field
- 10 years’ experience detailing bridges, retaining walls, reinforcement, and structural steel
- Experience with Microstation (InRoads or Open Roads), Civil 3D, Revit a plus
- Experience with Project Wise, Autodesk Construction Cloud a plus
- Experience with WSDOT and Washington Local Agency Standards a plus
- Solid teamwork skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

The base salary range for this position is $86,600.00 to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
