Manufacturing Test TPM, Amazon Infrastructure Service - Manufacturing Operation
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on.
Key Responsibilities- Work with cross‑function teams to deliver the AWS roadmap and achieve manufacturing operation readiness for new product releases.
- Support continuous product development and lead productivity and quality improvement with global manufacturing partners.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert of manufacturing test for server, network, and storage rack integration and provide timely, effective solutions to production.
- Lead manufacturing test development and deployment in global manufacturing factories and deliver standardized manufacturing test enablement for every NPI product.
- Provide DFT input to achieve better design for quality, productivity, and cost, and manage day‑to‑day engineering issues.
- Own engineering change management and drive manufacturing test readiness to implement engineering change.
- Resolve manufacturing‑impacting issues, optimize test capacity utilization, and drive continuous improvement on quality, productivity, and cost.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
- 5+ years managing hardware product development and new product introduction with global manufacturing scale.
- Experience on server, network, and storage product test development and implementation.
- Experience managing manufacturing engineering, quality, supply chain enablement, and operation process improvement.
- 8+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
- 8+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
- Experience managing manufacturing test engineering teams in server, network, and storage industry.

Compensation: $125,400 to $239,300 per year depending on market location and experience. Equity, sign‑on payments, and other benefits may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
