As the Manager of Hardware Engineering – NPI
, you will lead and expand a team responsible for the design validation, integration, and deployment of new hardware systems r team will bridge the gap between hardware design, manufacturing, and large‑scale deployment — ensuring new technologies are introduced efficiently, validated rigorously, and delivered reliably.

You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams
, including Supply Chain, Operations, Data Center, and Systems Engineering
, to define technical requirements, optimize performance, and establish scalable processes for hardware deployment.

• Build and lead a world‑class multidisciplinary NPI team (mechanical, thermal, electrical, and power engineers).
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop measurable goals for the team and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Oversee the full NPI lifecycle: from early design validation and prototyping through volume ramp and production handoff.
• Define and refine processes for hardware bring‑up, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks to accelerate time‑to‑deploy for new hardware programs.
