Shamrock Montessori is seeking a warm, patient, and enthusiastic Lead Toddler Montessori Teacher to join our team. Must have Montessori Credential and some experience. The ideal candidate can independently manage a classroom, prepare materials, foster a warm learning environment, and partner with families. This is a leadership role for a self-starter who thrives on creating meaningful learning experiences and is able to guide children ages 18 months to 3 years through their first experiences of independence, self-discovery, and joyful learning.

Responsibilities
  • Create a safe, calm, and engaging Montessori classroom.
  • Observe and support each child s individual development.
  • Introduce practical life, sensorial, language, pre-math and cultural lessons.
  • Foster independence, curiosity, and kindness in everyday routines.
  • Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and staff.
  • Supervise and guide classroom assistant and/or float staff and subs.
  • Must be a team player and be able to work collaboratively with the staff.
Qualifications
  • Montessori Infant/Toddler Certification.
  • Experience with toddlers in a Montessori or early childhood setting.
  • Classroom management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication and organization.
  • STARS/MERIT profile, CPR/First Aid certified.
