Children's Gym and Party Coach

My Gym Bellevue is currently hiring a children’s fitness coach/teacher. We are looking for someone to teach classes based on our curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!) and parties. Fun is the name of the game!

If you love working with kids and have a background in theater, dance, gymnastics or early childhood development, we'll train you to lead our high-energy, fun-filled gym classes.

• Teach age-appropriate fitness and play classes to children based on My Gym’s curriculum.
• Lead fun and engaging party activities for children.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment during all classes and events.
• Support parents and caregivers in our parent‑participation programs.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.

• Genuine love for working with children and helping them succeed.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Effective time management.
• Lots of energy and ability to be silly in front of others.
• Effective leadership and motivational skills.
• Availability to work weekends, mornings and evenings.
• Clean background check.
• Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field) is a plus.

Starts at $18 per hour. Average trained staff member earns $19–$21 per hour plus tips.
