About Think Fertility Think Fertility is a patient-centered fertility practice located in Bellevue, Washington, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based reproductive care. Our collaborative team environment supports professional growth, clinical excellence and delivers high-quality fertility services to patients and families.
We are seeking a General OBGYN physician who is interested in fertility-focused clinical care, with training and mentorship provided. This position offers a sustainable alternative to traditional OBGYN practice, without labor and delivery or hospital call. Physicians with prior training or experience in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) including fellowship exposure, advanced electives, or clinical practice—are strongly welcomed.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive fertility evaluations and consultations for patients and couples
- Perform and interpret pelvic ultrasounds and fertility monitoring
- Manage ovulation induction and fertility treatment cycles
- Perform office-based gynecologic procedures related to fertility care
- Collaborate closely with fertility specialists, nurses and embryology staff
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Deliver compassionate and patient-centered care
- Structured onboarding and ongoing training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility
- Hands-on experience with fertility diagnostics, treatment protocols, and procedures as needed
- Mentorship from experienced fertility physicians
- Support for continued education and professional development in fertility care
- MD or DO degree
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Washington
- Strong interest in fertility and reproductive medicine
- Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach
