About the RoleWe’re hiring a detail-obsessed, performance-minded Graphic Designer to create high-converting eCommerce visuals and accurate packaging/label assets. You’ll partner closely with Marketing (growth) and Operations/QA (accuracy) to ensure every SKU looks great, stays compliant with internal standards, and stays marketplace-ready—without listing downtime or “Item Not as Described” issues.
What You'll Do 1. eCommerce & Marketplace Creative- Design and optimize Amazon product listing images (full listing image stack)—infographics, comparison charts, and benefit-led visuals to improve CTR/CVR
- Create and refresh Amazon Storefront and PDP (Product Detail Page) creative, including brand storytelling, category pages, and promotional modules
- Translate product positioning and marketing strategy into clear, conversion-focused visual frameworks that customers can understand at a glance
- Iterate based on performance insights (A/B tests, feedback loops, and marketplace learnings) to continuously improve creative effectiveness
- Create creator briefs and visual direction for Tik Tok creators/KOLs to ensure consistent brand messaging and clear product benefit communication
- Translate marketing goals into easy-to-execute creative guidelines (hooks, key claims, do/don’t examples, suggested shot list, style and reference examples)
- Partner with Product and Marketing to align on campaign objectives, key selling points, and content themes—ensuring creators receive accurate, actionable inputs quickly
- Create trade show booth graphics, banners, brochures, catalogs, and sales one-pagers.
- Ensure consistent brand execution across digital and print touchpoints.
- Maintain organized file structures, templates, and reusable design components
- Improve briefs and propose creative solutions—not just execute requests.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of graphic design experience with a strong commercial/eCommerce portfolio
- Proven experience designing for Amazon (listing images/infographics; storefront or page modules preferred)
- Advanced Photoshop + Illustrator skills (typography, layout, retouching, info graphic design)
- Strong ability to translate marketing/product strategy into visual storytelling that drives conversion
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs/projects under deadlines
- Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
- Able to work on-site in Bellevue, WA
Skills and Qualifications
- InDesign proficiency (brochures/catalogs), Figma, After Effects (basic motion)
- Familiarity with photo editing standards for eCommerce
- Bilingual (English/Mandarin) strongly preferred

- $70,000 – $80,000 base salary + performance-based bonus

Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 per year plus bonus incentives. The level, location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience will determine the compensation offered.
