We are looking for a Estimator to join our team and help drive business growth by generating leads, preparing accurate project estimates for residential and commercial projects, and closing deals.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct site visits to assess project scope, take measurements, and gather necessary details.
• Prepare detailed and competitive estimates for construction and remodeling projects.
• Present proposals to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and secure new projects.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and pricing to provide accurate estimates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) is preferred
• Proven experience in construction sales, estimating, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications (preferred).
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for site visits.
