Project Manager- Construction

We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion. This role requires hands-on construction project management experience and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.

Minimum Requirements (Please apply only if you meet all requirements below):

5+ years of construction project management experience

Experience managing commercial or large-scale construction projects

Strong knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, and contracts

Ability to coordinate subcontractors and vendors

Proficiency with project management software

Responsibilities:

Manage construction projects from start to finish

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and scope

Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors

Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations

Provide regular project updates to stakeholders
