Position: Supply Chain Savings Analyst New WA - Bellevue

Supply Chain Savings Analyst will play a key role in initiating, implementing, and tracking cost savings across the medical supply and office supply spend categories with a primary focus on ensuring that spend per surgery does not exceed the budget. In this role the analyst will spend 50% of the time analyzing spend and contracts, identifying cost savings opportunities, and tracking metrics.

The other 50% will be spent actively driving cost savings projects and building tools to improve management of spend per surgery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with a bias toward action, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze data from various sources including purchasing, financial, and patient appointment systems to identify potential savings opportunities
  • Develop and track metrics including savings, spend per surgery, and spend per line of business
  • Build tools to control spend throughout the organization, highlight problem areas, and illustrate savings delivered
  • Work with Supply Chain Managers to conduct strategic sourcing events to drive cost optimization and business process improvement
  • Analyze and evaluate supplier proposals, should‑cost models, total cost of ownership, and total cost of change
  • Review invoices to ensure pricing is accurate and resolve price discrepancies
  • Update purchasing system data with price changes
  • Work collaboratively with Accounts Payable for invoice payment issues
  • Manage supplier contracts and ensure pricing is reflected accurately in the purchasing system (Envi) and that no lapse in coverage due to expiration dates occurs
  • Evaluate internal and external benchmarking data to identify value beyond acquisition costs addressing all components of the Total Cost of Ownership
  • Monitor market factors and potential impact on pricing and develop mitigation strategies
  • Track and report actual cost savings delivered on a monthly basis for the prior month and estimate for a full twelve‑month period
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, or a related field
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Office suite
  • 5–10 years of procurement/purchasing or financial analysis experience in medical (preferred), retail, grocery, restaurant, or similar sectors
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems highly preferred
  • Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial, proactive, and innovative mindset
  • Ability to maintain ethical and professional relations with suppliers
  • Excellent time management, communication, and decision‑making skills
Work Environment

Work onsite at the Corporate Office in Bellevue, WA for a minimum of 3 days a week. May work in remote office locations on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $80,000 – $90,000 depending on experience. The exact salary may vary by location and other factors. Full‑time employees may also receive benefits such as incentives, equity, health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
