Amazon Leo is increasing global broadband access through a constellation of over 7,000 satellites in low Earth orbit. Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

We are seeking a visionary leader as Leo's Sr Billing Operations Product Manager. In this pivotal role, you will blend product management expertise with operational excellence to build and evolve mission‑critical systems powering Leo's billing operations. You will lead a team that ensures seamless billing for Leo customers while owning the product strategy for internal operational platforms, translating stakeholder needs into product features and championing automation initiatives that support Leo's global expansion.

The role requires strategic thinking and operational excellence. As the billing operations product leader, you will drive innovation in billing processes for Amazon Leo's diverse customer segments ranging from B2C consumers to B2B enterprise customers. You will ensure compliance with financial regulations while delivering exceptional customer experience across Leo's global satellite internet service.
