Our Business Models and Pricing team plays a critical role in driving long‑term business growth by maximizing value‑capture across the entire SAP product portfolio, accelerating customers’ transition to the cloud, and unlocking the transformative power of AI.
In close partnership with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Commercialization teams, we design business models and define monetization strategies to expand revenue, grow share, accelerate cloud shift, and facilitate cross‑sell.
Responsibilities- Develop business models and the associated pricing and packaging strategy for SAP solutions targeting strategic industries to grow revenue and share.
- Simplify the portfolio per industry by consolidating and rationalizing existing solutions based on market demand and internal performance insights to improve the purchase and procurement experience.
- Develop monetization strategies that leverage SAP’s industry portfolio to drive competitive differentiation and adoption of broader SAP applications and solutions.
- Innovate monetization approach to motivate customer adoption and usage of public cloud solutions, while simplifying the go‑to‑market and purchase process.
- Continually evaluate, learn, and adjust monetization strategy through a data‑driven approach that draws on competitive analysis, market research, sales insights, and financial performance.
- Present, influence, and align senior leaders and the broader organization through cross‑functional collaboration.
- 5+ years of experience in business, economics, strategy, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing creative solutions to complex business problems.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across a large organization and influence a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen – problem solving and analysis, strategic thinking, ability to execute.
- Ability to breakdown and navigate complex topics through effective presentation and storytelling to secure alignment.
- Growth mindset and creative problem solver who thrives in an ever‑changing environment.
- Ability to deliver high‑impact outcomes on high‑priority projects, work independently, manage escalations and provide necessary day‑to‑day support for the portfolio.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, particularly with senior leaders.
- Undergraduate Degree required; MBA preferred.

Compensation Range TransparencyTargeted combined range: 131,000 – 271,600 USD. The actual amount offered will be within that range, dependent on education, skills, experience, scope of role, location, etc., as determined through the selection process.
