This role supports strategic and operational decision-making by delivering insights and analysis across the business. It supports financial planning by preparing operating forecasts, budgets, and detailed account analyses. It primarily involves analyzing financial trends and operational drivers to provide leadership with actionable insights and comprehensive reports. The Business Analysis Manager will provide guidance to leadership on the financial trends and operational drivers behind the results and present reports on findings, including offering guidance on course corrections as needed.

Success is measured by the accuracy and impact of insights that inform resource prioritization and performance benchmarks. The work influences organizational strategies and enhances customer experiences through data-driven solutions. It manages data mining, business intelligence, and reporting to provide actionable recommendations.

• Develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control for both the departmental operating budgets and forecasts. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements and operating forecasts
• Utilize analytical and modeling capability to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings
• Develop and maintain data and reporting solutions including dashboards, reports, and self-service tools to support finance decision goals
• Apply analytical and modeling techniques to support decision-making and resource prioritization across the organization
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Data analysis, data science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required)
• 4+ years of experience in Business Assurance, Revenue Assurance, Internal Audit, or a risk-focused finance department.
• 4-7 years Working experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches (Required)
• 1-3 years’ Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, employing these tools to lead customer relationships and sales activities efficiently. (Required)
• 1-3 years Working experience reporting and analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) (Required)
• 1-3 years Working experience in sophisticated analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research (Required)
• Telecom experience (Preferred)

• Data Analysis Outstanding at using multifaceted datasets to deliver broad analysis and insights to improve value creation and return on investment. (Required)

• Communication Ability to manage relationships, influence and communicate complicated analysis, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise manner and provide decision support, analysis and recommendations that help to drive effective execution of initiatives. (Required)

Base Pay Range: $77,900 - $140,500
