BI Analyst

Job Description

A well‑known utilities company in King County is looking to bring on a BI Analyst to their evolving team! In this role the BI Analyst will be working on performance analysis for the team's models of electric power system operations and forecasting. A successful candidate will develop dashboards to make model inputs and outputs available for customers of the analytical work products as well as for the Commercial Analytics team's continuous improvement.

• 1–3 years of experience in BI, analytics, or performance analysis roles
• Experience analyzing model performance, inputs, and outputs for forecasting or operational systems
• Strong dashboard development skills using Power BI, Excel, and/or Grafana or Microsoft Fabric
• Ability to translate analytical results into clear, customer‑ready visualizations and insights
• Proven collaboration with analytics or modeling teams to support continuous improvement
