Our growing nuclear energy company is hiring a Contractor Services Coordinator to support the administration and oversight of its contractor workforce. This role partners closely with procurement and technical teams to manage contractor-related purchase orders and provide data-driven insight into workforce utilization and cost trends.
Purchase Order Oversight- Collaborate with procurement to process contractor service POs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established policies.
- Monitor POs from issuance through closeout, tracking approvals and key milestones.
- Act as the main liaison for questions or issues related to contractor POs, coordinating between procurement and technical representatives.
- Maintain organized records of contractor POs and related documentation within internal systems.
- Ensure project responsibilities tied to contractor roles are supported appropriately, including timecard approvals and cost code alignment.
- Maintain up-to-date contractor records, agreements, and performance documentation within internal systems.
- Track contractor time and expenses against approved POs to support accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Collect and analyze data related to contractor spend, utilization, and performance, with emphasis on PO-level tracking.
- Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting contractor trends, cost management opportunities, and insights to inform procurement strategy.
- Review performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement to hiring managers and technical stakeholders.
- Assist in refining contractor management policies and procedures, particularly those related to PO workflow and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a coordinator or analyst capacity, including hands‑on exposure to procurement and contractor administration.
- Working knowledge of procurement workflows, purchase order oversight, and contract-related processes.
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in reporting and data tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with HRIS, procurement platforms, or contractor tracking systems preferred.
- Exposure to Oracle systems and collaboration tools such as Confluence or JIRA is advantageous.
- Experience operating within cross‑functional, matrixed environments.
- Highly organized with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and integrity, with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
