System One is seeking a onsite Contractor Services Coordinator to support the effective management of contractor workforce operations. This role focuses on purchase order coordination, contractor performance tracking, and analytical support to optimize contractor utilization and cost management. The position serves as a key liaison between procurement, project teams, and technical representatives to ensure efficient contractor services management.

Purchase Order Management

• Coordinate with procurement teams to create and manage purchase orders for contractor services.

• Track purchase orders throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for purchase order inquiries and issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records within relevant systems.

• Monitor contractor time reporting, cost code distribution, and compliance with project requirements.

Contractor Performance and Compliance

• Maintain records of contractor information, agreements, and performance evaluations.

• Monitor contractor expenses and time charges against purchase orders.

• Ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze contractor utilization, spend, and performance data.

• Develop reports and dashboards to support cost management and strategic decision-making.

• Identify trends and recommend improvements to contractor performance and resource planning.

Process Improvement

• Support development and implementation of contractor management policies and procedures.

• Recommend improvements to streamline purchase order processes and increase operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in contractor coordination, procurement, or analyst roles.

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and purchase order management.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with HRIS, procurement systems, or contractor management platforms.

• Familiarity with Oracle systems.

• Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

• Experience working in matrixed or multidisciplinary project environments.
